The Challenge
Pfizer employees struggled to locate valuable elective training materials, spending considerable time searching across fragmented sources. Professional development resources were scattered and difficult to discover, leading to low engagement in self-directed learning.

The Solution
Designed and developed a centralized platform where department champions curate and organize learning paths by topic. Used agile methodology with medium-fidelity prototypes, enabling teams to curate content offline while development continued. Users can browse freely at their own pace without departmental restrictions, with vibrant visuals and intuitive navigation.
